Awesome quality item, plus I got tracked next-day shipping that showed up in under a day after placing my order - I was shocked! I've shopped with them several times and it's always been the same fantastic experience!

I decided to stop using Amazon because of their crazy price hikes this year. Instead of being lazy and sticking with them, I stumbled upon Gas Equipment Direct, where I found a gas meter enclosure at a fair price. Usually, we all prefer next-day delivery, but honestly, waiting a couple of days isn’t a big deal. Gas Equipment Direct made it clear that my order might take 2 to 3 business days. To my surprise, I got a notification from UPS saying my delivery was coming the very next morning. Sure enough, in less than 24 hours, my item arrived. Outstanding service, and I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks a bunch!

After trying out GED for the first time, I gotta say, the quality of the parts is pretty solid and they come well packaged. However, there are some issues with their delivery updates; mine still shows it's being processed. Reaching out to them isn't as straightforward as it ought to be, but after a couple of tries, I finally got a response. They just pointed out that I picked the 3-5 day delivery option and ordered over the weekend, which took 5 days to show up. So, technically, they delivered within the timeframe they promised, but I never got the notification from DHL about the delivery schedule, which is a bit frustrating. So, aside from the lack of dispatch info and no word from DHL, my order did arrive. Maybe I should've splurged on next-day delivery, who knows? But when they say 3-5 days, it really means 5 days, and you can only guess when it’ll show up. Would I choose GED again to save a few bucks? Probably not, especially since I can order from China and get stuff in just 3 days. The excuse of Covid is getting old, too. In short, GED is decent, but don’t expect to be in a rush. They do provide good quality parts, and they do arrive, but they really need to improve on keeping customers informed about their order status. You make the call; I’m just an old grump.

If you want your stuff on time, don’t even think about ordering from this place.

I placed my order before 1:00 PM to make sure it would get to me the next day. But when the next day rolled around, I didn’t get any tracking info.

I tried calling them twice, but no one picked up. Finally, on my third try, they decided to answer. I requested a refund and wanted to cancel, but they went ahead and shipped the item anyway, telling me to just refuse the delivery.

What a waste of time!

We bought a Gas Meter Housing Box Cover for MK1. The communication from the company was top-notch, and we got the item super fast. We're really happy with it since our old cover was falling apart. All in all, a fantastic experience.

Perfect items - showed up a day behind schedule, but that was the carrier's issue. Ordering was a breeze.

The catch was not working right and the door had some damage close to it. Maybe it got messed up during shipping? I got a really helpful response, so I’m not shy about bumping my two stars up. I think the carrier might have caused the damage to my item.
